A clear agreement for your practice space.

Using TalkPro

TalkPro is a personal speaking-practice tool developed by Hao Sheng. It does not guarantee a particular learning outcome, provide medical or psychological treatment, or broadcast live sessions publicly. Audience activity is simulated and is not an assessment of your speaking ability.

The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Subscriptions, where offered

TalkPro Plus provides access to unlimited practice and the question, scenario, structured-expression and camera practice features described on the purchase screen. Monthly and annual options provide the same feature access. The exact price, currency and billing period shown by the App Store at purchase apply. No trial is promised unless explicitly shown in the App Store purchase confirmation.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Apple may charge renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel through your App Store account settings. Canceling normally leaves access available until the paid period ends. Apple’s cancellation instructions.

After expiry, you can use the free features and still play, export or delete your existing recordings. Deleting the app or clearing data does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used to purchase. Apple handles refund requests through Report a Problem, subject to applicable law.

Previous paid purchases

Customers who purchased the paid app before the subscription transition retain the original paid features without a subscription. Use Restore Purchases if access is not recognized, or contact support. This website does not change the current App Store pricing; subscriptions apply only where offered in your installed version.

Optional AI service

DeepSeek is optional and requires your own API key and consent. Its charges and terms are separate from TalkPro Plus. AI content can be inaccurate; treat it as practice material, not professional advice. Local prompts remain available when AI is off or unavailable.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain rights to your own recordings. Use the app lawfully and respect others’ privacy and intellectual property. Keep copies of recordings you want to preserve. The app does not provide a developer-hosted recording backup. App practice material is for personal use; redistribution requires appropriate permission.

Changes and contact

Features and content may improve over time. We respect existing paid purchase rights and communicate material changes where appropriate. For service or billing questions, email shenghao.pm@gmail.com. Read the Privacy Policy for data handling.
